At the Canadian Postcode Lottery Foundation we are dedicated to contribute to a better world. With almost 1,500 colleagues working for the Postcode Lottery Group we are striving to raise as much funds for good causes as possible.
The board of the Canadian Postcode Lottery Foundation
The foundation's board currently consists of three directors who have years of experience in business and the charitable sector. It is a mix of experienced professionals from Canada and Europe. We look forward to helping many organizations in Ontario.
Mary Ann MacKenzie
Director
Mary Ann is the Chief Client Experience Officer at CIBC Mellon in Toronto, a joint venture wholly owned by Bank of New York and CIBC. Mary Ann was born in Thunder Bay Ontario but lives in the Toronto area with her husband and two daughters nearby.
Robert Miedema
Director
Rob is a partner with Harbinger Law and Baker Tilly Nova Scotia. His legal practice includes a focus on enabling charities and donors with corporate law and tax advice. Rob was born and raised in Ontario but is now settled in Halifax, Nova Scotia with his wife and three children.
Sigrid van Aken
Director
Since 2013, Sigrid has been a member of the international Executive Board of the Postcode Lottery Group. She has extensive international managerial experience as a (non-)executive board member in a public-private context. She also has expertise in areas such as the financing of charities, corporate governance, international Lottery-legislation, public affairs and stakeholder management.

Postcode Lottery Group Executive Board
Our executive board is responsible for the daily management of the Postcode Lottery Group and its affiliated companies. Our board members are Imme Rog (CMO), Michiel Verboven (CCO) and Sigrid van Aken (CEO).
